Surecatch 1 x 7 with a smooth clear coating of nylon is a specially selected grade of nylon, tough and flexible, and impervious to water it is used to coat the stranded wire to seal out water and offer additional abrasion resistance. The coating improves the life of the line and ease of handling for the fisherman.
